Investors — Sundog Games

Sundog is an independent game development studio founded by industry veterans. It is the first studio in video games history to cooperate with a Nobel Prize-awarded author.

We are currently working on Ibru - a detective RPG made together with Olga Tokarczuk, inspired by one of her books, Anna In in the catacombs. Ibru is an immersive role-playing game set in a science-fantasy world blending ancient Sumerian mythology and cyberpunk.

Sundog’s first game is being made in Unreal Engine 5.

Aleksandra Bieluk

NARRATIVE DIRECTOR

Co-founder, six years of experience writing and implementing narrative content for games. Focused on new technologies’ impact on cultural spaces, intermediality and exploring innovative means of storytelling.
Mateusz Błaszczyk

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Co-founder, ten years of experience making games, focused on game design. Built and managed teams of over 20 people in two companies. Co-founder of PolyAmorous, a studio that created Paradise Lost based on Milton’s work.
Carlos Castañon

ART DIRECTOR

Co-founder, fifteen years of experience in the industry. Four released titles on PC and consoles. Recruited, led and mentored production art teams in four companies.
Zbyszko Fingas

WRITER
Co-founder, creating Ibru’s lore, characters and story. Co-founder and Board Member of the Olga Tokarczuk Foundation. Coordinator of the literary programme at European Capital of Culture in Wrocław, and of the Hills of Literature festival.

Olga Tokarczuk

CREATIVE OVERSIGHT
Co-founder, Nobel Prize-awarded author whose work has been translated to over 40 languages. Winner of numerous prestigious titles. Co-created and cooperated in other media, including film, theatre and opera.
